MMA is the integration of multiple disciplines. In our dedicated MMA classes, you will practice the transitions between striking and grappling. This includes striking on the feet, wrestling for takedowns, cage-control walls, and "ground-and-pound" dynamics (controlled striking on the mat) paired with Jiu-Jitsu submissions.

While beginners are welcome, we strongly recommend taking a mix of our foundational BJJ and Muay Thai classes alongside MMA. Learning individual disciplines gives you the solid mechanics needed to successfully blend them together in an MMA context.

In addition to standard boxing gloves, MMA classes utilize smaller, open-fingered 4oz or 7oz MMA sparring gloves. These allow you to fully grip, wrestle, and grapple while still providing padding to protect your hands and your partner during light striking drills. A mouthguard and groin protection are highly recommended.

We train everyone from fitness hobbyists to competitive athletes. If your goal is to step into the amateur or professional cage, you must first build a consistent training routine. Once coaches evaluate your skills, conditioning, and discipline, you can be invited into our Fight Team curriculum, where we will guide you through a proper fight camp and connect you with local promotions.
